DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier. The products purchased on the site are packaged with packaging suitable for transport. Upon receipt of the goods, it is very important to pay attention to the integrity of the packaging and if the packaging is damaged or open it is important to "sign with reserve".

Subsequently, an e-mail must be sent via the contact form specifying the type of damage suffered on the product, any broken packaging and photos that testify to the damage.

The staff of MCD Beauty Life will return the damaged goods at no additional cost.

PACKAGING SYSTEM

For our shipments, we have chosen boxes designed to prevent potential breakage during the transport of the goods.
